Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing products from DopeTech.

Terms and conditions / Warranty Policy

1. We follow international, domestic and Bangladesh Computer Society (BCS) warranty policies for each product.
2. In order to claim any sort of warranty, a customer need to send the product along with its box and product invoice in order to claim warranty.(From our delivery services, delivery fee must be paid)
3. The time duration after claiming a warranty varies from product to product. It may take from 7-14 days or if some repair parts are not available or the product needs to be replaced it may take up to 45 days.
4. If a customer receives a faulty product (manufacturing defect), the customer need to send the product with its box and the invoice. We will review the product and will replace your product if needed if it gets damaged by courier we will repair the product if needed (cost free).
5. After receiving your product and see defects or face difficulties you must inform urgently. Opening the product/modifying it yourself will VOID your warranty.
6. If a particular model’s product is not available for replacement, We may replace it with a similar or a better product from any other brand that is currently in stock.
7. If a Customer is buying any product from our Website after reading the description and provided information about the particular product and is received successfully without any faults and later if the product is not compatible with your setup or if you do not want it anymore, then you will not be allowed to change or return the product.
8. If customers found broken or packet-damaged products then we are requesting not to receive the product from the courier service. If the customer receives courier damaged product then he/she has to take his/her own liability and any kind of complaint won’t be acceptable.
9. If the customer gets any discount at the time of payment, the discounted amount will be deducted while making the refund.
10. Refund is applicable only if the problem is from our side.
